Token Creek Watershed Brat Tent & Bucket Raffle 2011

The Token Creek Watershed Association will be cooking brats and hot dogs for folks that attend the Token Creek parade.  The grills are fired at about 11 am and sales begin at 11:30.  The sweet smell of  brats from the TCWA tent is as much a part of the Token Creek Independence Day celebration as the parade and the Hiney run, so please be sure to stop by, grab some food and drink, and support the TCWA.

While you’re at it, don’t forget to buy TCWA raffle tickets (see details below) for a chance to win fabulous prizes donated by local shops and businesses.  There will be a bucket raffle that you can enter to win any of several smaller prizes, and there will also be a Grand Prize Raffle.  Prizes, prices, and drawing schedule are as shown below.

The TCWA is a local, grass-roots organization of concerned citizens who donate their time, effort and dollars to monitor developments in our community that affect the quality of water and quality of life in the Token Creek Watershed.  The brat stand and raffle provide the TCWA with a substantial portion of its annual operating budget, and in these times of rapid urbanization in our area, the TCWA needs your support now more than ever.

One of prizes from past  years was a $779.00 Gas Grill
generously donated by Hanley Companies, Sun Prairie
Ticket sales for the TCWA Raffle will be ongoing throughout the Hiney Run and the parade.  Entry tickets are available on a sliding price scale: $2/ticket, or 6 tickets for $10, 14 for $20, or 40 for $50.  Drawing and announcements of prize winners will be held at parade central around 1:30 pm, or 15 minutes after the awards ceremony for parade entries.
