The Lions International Youth Exchange Program is administered on an international, country, state and district level. The information found on this page is compiled specifically for youth and host families originating in Wisconsin Lions District 27-D1. Please follow this link to navigate to our Wisconsin State International Youth Exchange web site where you will find lots of additional program information. District 27-D1 has been involved in the International Youth Exchange program since our state began its youth exchange camp more than 30 years ago. Because of this long history and many years of success, our districts Lions and Lioness clubs have established their commitment to this rewarding program through an annual voluntary contribution. These contributions have enabled our district to offer scholarships to our districts youth wishing to participate in an international exchange and more recently (beginning in 2009) have offered a host family grant to help absorb the added expense of hosting an international youth in their home. Below are links to all the necessary forms, instructions and information needed for both youth applying to go abroad and host families. If you have any additional questions or concerns please don't hesitate to contact me directly. My contact infromation as well as those of all our districts YE committee members & State representatives can be found within the pdf document for download below.
